If you have noticed, Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL)’s major projects are following the spirit of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW, which is a draft for a new international peace law to be submitted to the UN). Since branch offices of HWPL run various projects, it might look random at a glance, but they work according to 10 articles and 38 clauses of the declaration. For example, spreading the culture of peace through cultural peace events and educating the spirit of peace for future generations.

It’s been eight years since it was announced in Seoul, Korea by Chairman Lee Man Hee. The DPCW carries the spirit of peace that HWPL always had since its establishment. It’s because the DPCW is a documented form of HWPL’s approaches to world peace.
